COCONUT SUGAR
Natural Coconut Sugar comes from the sap of coconut flower which is then boiled and evaporated until it forms a thick syrup. The resulting product is granulated and can be used as a substitute for regular table sugar in cooking and baking.. It has subtly sweet taste and a distinct nuttiness aroma with a slight hint of caramel.
Coconut palm sugar is also considered to be more sustainable than other types of sweeteners, as it comes from a renewable source and requires less water and energy to produce compared to other sweeteners like cane sugar. Additionally, coconut palm trees are typically grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers, making it a more environmentally-friendly choice.
